E - Pens Declarations Systems is a web based application system which consist of an
on-line application approval via internet to monitor the movement of vessel and dangerous goods at Kuantan. This method will enhance the productivity and revenue to the port and it is available 24 hours. Among the system users are shipping agent, port operator and other maritime authority bodies. This system has commenced from 1 November 2008.
